Lawton, the Illinois Supreme Court has decided a case that directly affects the rights of persons found to be sexually dangerous under the Sexually Dangerous Persons Act, and which indirectly affects the rights of persons found to be sexually violent under the similar Sexually Violent Persons Commitment Act.
