Lane’s trial skills semester to begin Feb. 12 in Chicago

The spring schedule of weekly Tuesday evening classes of Fred Lane’s Trial Technique Institute will begin Tuesday, Feb. 12, in the ISBA Chicago Regional Office. The last class in the current semester will take place Tuesday, Jan. 29.
Lawyers can enhance their courtroom presentation styles by registering for the upcoming semester, and prospective students may attend the opening session at no charge. See the announcement on page 11 for details.
The complete nine-month course consists of 54 hours of learning and practicing the finer points of trial practice. Co-directors of are ISBA past president Fred Lane and Scott D. Lane, a former member of the Tort Law Section Council.
Among guest faculty members who conduct occasional sessions are trial attorneys Philip H. Corboy, Robert Clifford, Kevin T. Martin, Joseph A. Power, Pamela L. Gellen and Andrew Kopon Jr., and Appellate Justices Warren D. Wolfson and  Michael J. Gallagher.
