Reward for lead in 5 murders

Hupy & Abraham, a Wisconsin-based personal injury firm, has continued its commitment to public safety by offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest or conviction of the person who murdered five women in a Tinley Park store on Feb. 9.

“We are deeply saddened by this tragedy,” said Peter E. Taylor of the law firm’s office in Normal. “We hope this reward will help persuade someone to come forward with information that will ensure justice is served.”

He urged that informative calls be made to the Tinley Park Police Department at (708) 444-5394 or Cook County Crime Stoppers at (800) 535-7867.

Hupy & Abraham, which also has offices in Peoria and Decatur, has helped Wisconsin law enforcement agencies solve other murders and malicious crimes by posting similar reward notices.

A $5,000 reward is still pending for information about the October 2007 murder of two people in a Milwaukee recording studio.
