Looking for your Courts Bulletin?The inclusion of Illinois Courts Bulletin pages in the ISBA Bar News has been discontinued, effective with this issue. Information about federal and state appellate cases can be located in two ways. E-Clips are delivered electronically each day at no charge to ISBA members, with case summaries and links to full-text opinions. If you are not receiving E-Clips, contact Jean Fenski at jfenski@isba.org or (800) 252-8908. Illinois Courts Bulletin Plus, the printed version, is available monthly by subscription. Opinions of the Illinois Supreme and Appellate Court, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit are organized by subject matter.
