Anatomy of a building code violation administrative hearing: From inspection to judgment By Yolaine Dauphin May 2015 The Administrative Law Section Council has planned a CLE program for June 24, 2015. This program will aim to reinforce best practices in the prosecution, defense and decision making processes in administrative hearings generally and, in particular, in a building code violation administrative hearing.
