CRAIG BALL
Craig Ball, Law Offices of Craig D. ball, P.C., is a trial lawyer technologist and a computer forensic examiner from Montgomery, TX. He is a prolific contributor to continuing legal and professional education programs throughout the United States, having delivered 350 presentations and papers.
His articles on forensic technology and electronic discovery frequently appear in the national media, including that of the ABA, ATLA and American Lawyer Media. He also writes a monthly column on computer forensics and e-discovery for Law Technology News called "Ball in your Court." The presentation, "Craig Ball on PowerPoint," is consistently the top rated educational program at the ABA TechShow. A program he presented with Richard Orsinger entitled "Enron—The Legal Issues" received the Best CLE of 2002 award from the Association for Legal Education.
Mr. Ball is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization; a Certified Computer Forensic Examiner, Oregon State University and NTI; and is admitted to practice in the U.S. Court of Appeals, fifth circuit; U.S.D.C, Southern, Northern, and Western Districts of Texas. He is active in the State Bar of Texas and numerous other legal organizations. Mr. Ball attended Rice University (B.A., triple major, English, Managerial Studies, Political Science, 1979) and the University of Texas (J.D., with honors, 1982.)
ROBERT DENNEY
Bob Denney graduated with honors from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. degree in English Literature. He later did post-graduate work at the Wharton School towards an MBA. In 1974 he founded Robert Denney Associates, Inc., a firm that has specialized in providing management, marketing, and strategic planning expertise to professional firms, companies and non-profit organizations.
Bob has written five books on management and marketing, two of which were published by the American Bar Association. His articles have appeared in many legal publications including the National Law Journal and Law Practice and Legal Management. In the first phase of his career, Bob was president and CEO of a national cosmetics company and was chairman-elect of the industry's major trade association. In that capacity he worked with Congress and various regulatory agencies. Bob is a director of several corporations and non-profit organizations and is active in many business, civic and charitable organizations.
