Hotel and Registration Information - Solo and Small Firm Conference

Early Bird Discount Ends Thursday, August 25, 2011. No registration accepted without payment. Please make checks payable to Illinois State Bar Association. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover accepted.

Registration Fee

Fee includes attendance at sessions of choice, admission to all meal functions, and a flashdrive containing all of the course materials. As a Solo, Small Firm Conference registrant, you will receive an email notice on October 24, 2011 directing you to a website where you may download any or all of the course materials free of charge.

Print Materials are available for an additional $75. Books pre-ordered by October 10, 2011 will be available at the conference. No printed books will be available unless pre-ordered by October 10, 2011. Print books may be ordered after the conference for $100.

Please Note: The print materials come in a very large 3-ring binder and may be cumbersome to carry around the conference.

Family Members & Guests

Conference attendees and their families and guests are welcome at the following events if they pay the designated fee: Thursday Reception with Exhibitors, Friday Continental Breakfast, Friday Reception at the National Museum on Surveying, and Saturday Continental Breakfast. Family members and Guests can register for the Friday Lunch for an additional fee. All other scheduled meal functions and the programs are limited to attorneys who pay the conference registration fee.

Springfield offers many activities for children and adults. More information about Lincoln sites and local activities is available on the conference website, www.isba.org/soloconference.

Attorney registrants who are physically challenged or have specific dietary needs are welcome to contact Tiffany Bordenkircher (800-252-8908 or tbordenkircher@isba.org) to determine how the ISBA can accommodate participation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received by Wednesday, October 12, 2011 at Noon, will receive a refund of registration fee, less a $10 administrative fee. No refund is available for cancellations received after Wednesday, October 12, 2011 at Noon. Registration fees are transferable to associates or colleagues in the event a registrant is unable to attend. To cancel, contact Jacquie Wolf-Harris at 800-252-8908 or jwolfharris@isba.org.

The conference will be hosted at the Hilton Springfield. The Hilton is located at 700 East Adams Street, in downtown Springfield, 217-789-1530 or 800-445-8667.

Room Reservations

A limited number of rooms are blocked at the Hilton Springfield through Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at the conference rate of $95.00 single/double per night. Registrants must arrange for hotel accommodations directly with the hotel by calling 217-789-1530 or toll free 800-445-8667. Be sure to ask for the ISBA rate, Conference Code: ISB.
