Dist. Ct. did not err in dismissing instant lawsuit filed by group of union employees alleging that defendant-employer violated section 301 of LMRA by subcontracting plaintiffs’ work to non-union plants in contravention of collective bargaining agreement. Plaintiffs were required to allege as part of its action that union breached its duty of fair representation to plaintiffs, and plaintiffs failed to present sufficient factual content regarding said duty where plaintiffs pleaded only conclusory allegations regarding union’s bad faith and perfunctory treatment of their grievances regarding subject matter of lawsuit.
