Court properly denied Defendant attorneys' forum non conveniens motion to transfer legal malpractice case from Cook County to Du Page County. Court found that private interest factors did not strongly favor a transfer, as documents could be easily transported; and found that public interest factors did not weigh strongly in favor of transfer, as underlying dissolution proceeding was recorded in Cook County, and Defendants worked or resided there; and cases proceed to verdict faster in Cook County, though it was a more congested forum. b(LAMPKIN and HALL, concurring.)
