Forcible Entry & Detainer
Plaintiff bank filed forcible entry and detainer action for possession of foreclosed property. Court granted Plaintiff's motion to amend, to correct very slight difference in Plaintiff's name in pleadings nunc pro tunc. Although use of "nunc pro tunc" phrase was superfluous, amendment was a valid exercise of court's authority to amend pleadings and to relate them back to original filing, as amendment was to correct a scrivener's error. (CUNNINGHAM and ROCHFORD, concurring.)
