Court found CTA bus operator in "friendly" civil contempt per Supreme Court Rule 304(b)(5), after court denied his motion for protective order to exclude the use of videos and photos, taken during and after fatal pedestrian accident,in his deposition and trial testimony, contending that this would exacerbate his PTSD. Court properly denied motion, as it would unfairly deprive Plaintiff of opportunity to impeach bus operator if his testimony varied from events depicted in images. (McBRIDE and PALMER, concurring.)
