Illinois Appellate Court
Civil Court
Injunctions
Court properly entered order denying medical clinic's motion for preliminary injunction to restrain a physician from soliticing its patients and from treating its patients except in emergencies. Court properly concluded that there was no evidence that Plaintiff ever established a near-permanent relationship with patients treated by physician, and failed to show that it had a legitimate business interest in need of protection. (CUNNINGHAM and DELORT, concurring.)
