Plaintiff sued contractor for failing to pay him prevailing wage for work he performed while in its employ, alleging violations of Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. Court properly dismissed claim, as Plaintiff's services were not performed "on the job site,", as stated in the Act. Contractor instructed Plaintiff to do work in its shop and then transport them to job site for installation or use in its public works projects. Only those workers employed and working at location where public works building is being erected are required to receive prevailing wage under the Act. (HOLDRIDGE and SCHMIDT, concurring.)
