Substitution of Judge
Bank filed foreclosure complaint as to commercial development property. Court granted Plaintiff's motion for substitution of judge as a matter of right. Appellate court lacks jurisdiction under Rule 307(a)(1) to review order granting substitution of judge. Even if substitution of judge were erroneous, that does not render void all subsequent orders in the case. Review under Rule 307(a)(1) extends to orders "attendant" to injunctive order that forms basis for jurisdiction. (SCHOSTOK and HUDSON, concurring.)
