IDES hearing referee dismissed Plaintiff's appeal based on her failure to appear at scheduled hearing on denial of unemployment benefits. Plaintiff never addressed her failure to appear at hearing, and failed to request continuance or rehearing, and failed to abide by regulations for filing appeal for IDES Board of Review. Board properly dismissed Plaintiff's appeal to Board, based on her undisputed and unexplained failure to attend her scheduled hearing. (FITZGERALD SMITH and EPSTEIN, concurring.)
