Civil Court
Child Support
Per parties' agreement, father had sole custody of their two children. Court was within its authority in ordering father, the custodial parent, to pay child support to the mother, the custodial parent. However, evidentiary hearing must be conducted as to amount of support to which noncustodial parent is entitled, taking into account her parenting expenses and requirements of Section 505 of Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act. Court was within its discretion in ordering father to pay all uncovered medical expenses. (HALL and REYES, concurring.)
