Union filed petition to compel arbitration. Parties intended to exclude from arbitration abolishment of construction inspect position, and as abolishment does not relate to any terms of the CBA, the arbitrators would have no authority to rule on the abolishment. Thus, court properly dismissed petition to compel with prejudice, as parties agreed to arbitrate the grievance. (CONNORS and HOFFMAN, concurring.)
