Substitution of Judge
Court entered plenary order of protection (OP), after denying Respondent's motion for substitution of judge. Court properly denied motion for substitution of judge, as judge assigned to previously filed and pending Parentage Act case between parties was required by local rules to hear "all aspects" of cases assigned, including postjudgment matters, which included Petitioner's petition for OP; and that judge had previously entered substantial orders in Parentage Act case. To extent that motion for substitution alleged it was for cause, Respondent failed to meet threshold requirements, as he did not specifically state specific cause, and failed to verify petition with affidavit. (LAMPKIN and BURKE, concurring.)
