(Court opinion corrected 1/12/17.) Plaintiff filed complaint against CTA, alleging that she sustained foot injury when bus driver failed to keep bus's wheelchair lift under proper control. Plaintiff was represented by counsel and, after 2-day trial, jury verdict for CTA. Plaintiff forfeited appellate review of any issues as she did not file posttrial motion. As record is deficient, and as Plaintiff's opening brief is procedurally deficient, appellate court cannot determine whether Plaintiff's factual assertions have any merit. (HYMAN, specially concurring; MASON, specially concurring.)
