Oruta v. B.E.W.

Court had dismissed 34 prior appeals by Plaintiff in same case for lack of jurisdiction. Court dismissed this 4th appeal, for lack of jurisdiction and for failure to abide by Supreme Court Rules. Plaintiff failed to include table of contents to record on appeal; appendix contains list of documents with page numbers that do not correspond to pages in record or documents in appendix, and includes documents not in appellate record; argument portion of brief contains no citations to volume or page numbers of record; and failed to cite evidence in record that he followed statutory requirements necessary to appeal.(REYES, concurring; LAMPKIN, specially concurring.)
