Board of Trustees of the Harvey Police Pension Fund v. City of Harvey

City and Board of Trustees of Police Pension Fund entered into settlement where City agreed to pay pension fund back property taxes City had collected but failed to remit, and agreed to annually levy a tax on all taxable property as required by Pension Code. Court properly found that it had jurisdiction to enforce Settlement Agreement, as Agreement expressly stated that court retained jurisdiction to enforce it until back property taxes were repaid, and no language limited jurisdiction to only certain provisions of Agreement.(SIMON and MIKVA, concurring.)
