Court properly dismissed Plaintiff's complaint alleging that camp counselor sexually abused her for 4 years at summer camps, starting when Plaintiff was age 16. Plaintiff did not allege her memories of abuse were repressed. Plaintiff admitted in testimony that she knew contact was "wrong" and "inappropriate" at the time it occurred, and reveals that she had actual knowledge of cause of at least a portion of her injuries when they occurred. Two-year statute of limitations began to run when Plaintiff reached age 20 (in 1999), but she did not file suit until 2013.(HYMAN and NEVILLE, concurring.)
