Hospital summarily suspended cardiologist's clinical privileges. Hospital denied physician a fair hearing by failing to follow proper procedure provided by its medical staff bylaws in summarily suspending his privileges. Hospital violated its bylaws in failing to provide cardiologist with complete and specific documentation which hospital's executive committee considered in substantiating summary suspension decision, and which he had requested.(APPLETON, concurring; HARRIS, dissenting.)
