Court properly dismissed, pursuant to Section 2-615 of Code of Civil Procedure,  plaintiff physician's complaint for declaratory and injunctive relief against Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, in which Plaintiff sought relief after revocation of his medical license due to a forcible felony conviction. Plaintiff pled guilty to attempted armed robbery and aggravated battery, as to incident where he entered home of his wife's boyfriend. No denial of procedural due process. It is reasonable that legislature, by enacting statute, intended to protect public from all health care workers who have committed forcible felonies. Passage of regulation which expressly defined forcible felony, after Plaintiff was convicted and sentenced, had no retroactive impact on Plaintiff. (HALL and REYES, concurring.)
