Petitioner sought order of protection (OP) against stepfather of Petitioner's 3 daughters, alleging that stepfather physically and sexually abused the girls, who were then age 7 and 4. Court entered plenary OP, after hearing. Section 606(e) of Marriage Act governs admissibility of hearsay in this case, as OP entered impacted children's custody and continues to affect it during pendency of OP. Section 606(e) did not require hearing on reliability, and one is not needed in bench trial. (SCHMIDT and WRIGHT, concurring.)
