Court denied Respondent father's motion to modify a visitation notice provision in judgment for dissolution. Court's decision that allowing 5-day notice provision to remain was in the best interest of the children was not against manifest weight of evidence or an abuse of discretion. Court properly granted Petitioner mother's motion for contribution to attorney fees, and did not abuse its discretion in relying on a financial disclosure filed within 2 months prior to hearing, along with testimony at hearing as to mother's current financial circumstances. Court's denial of father's motion for downward deviation of child support was not against manifest weight of evidence, as father failed to meet his burden to produce evidence showing that a deviation was necessary. (McDADE and WRIGHT, concurring.)
