Appellate court lacks jurisdiction over appeal of denial of motion to reconsider denial of his motion to abate child support. Motion to abate child support was directly related to, and intertwined with, contempt proceedings as to appellant's failure to pay child support, which remained pending in trial court. Appellant failed to present sufficient record to determine whether trial court abused its discretion in denying his motion to vacate plenary order of protection. Thus, court presumes that trial court's order was in conformity with law and findings were based on evidence presented. (REYES and HALL, concurring.)
