Court granted summary judgment for Defendants in suit in which Plaintiff alleged injuries sustained in motorcycle due to defective roadway. Plaintiff's counsel electronically filed motion to reconsider but it failed to upload until 12:03 a.m. on day after it was due. Trial court lacked jurisdiction to rule on motion as 30-day period following entry of summary judgment order had lapsed, and appellate court lacked jurisdiction to hear appeal. Revestment doctrine did not apply, as county opposed motion for entry of nunc pro tunc order. (JORGENSEN and SCHOSTOK, concurring.)
