Dissolution of Marriage
Wife filed motion to enforce or clarify marital settlement agreement (MSA) which was incorporated in judgment of dissolution. Court properly granted husband's motion to dismiss. Judgment of dissolution included an express integration clause, which reflects parties' intent to bind themselves to their written agreement. This claue precluded use of provisional admissibility approach and extrinsic evidence was not admissible to support wife's claim that MSA was ambiguous. The MSA was a fully integrated agreement and intended to be the entire agreement between the parties. (CARTER and HOLDRIDGE, concurring)
