Respondent father had residential custody of son of the parties from 2013 to 2017. Court properly allowed Petitioner mother to testify about allegations that were not contained in her petition for emergency order of protection (OP). Court was required to consider evidence that father had recently pushed child and hit him in the head with cell phone.Court did not violation Section 220 of Domestic Violence Act, when emergency order was extneded by entry of plenary order.
