Dissolution of Marriage
Wife filed petition for dissolution; 2 years later, after petition was set for trial, husband filed counterpetition for legal separation, and a complaint in law division against wife, claiming that wife and others schemed to divest him of his interest in marital property by placing it into 2 irrevocable trusts.Court did not err in accepting evidence via affidavit, rather than holding hearing, on request of wife as to reasonableness of certain interim fees husband was requesting. Court did not err in denying motion of husband to consolidate law division complaint into dissolution proceedings, and in denying his motion to amend counterpetition to include his law division claims.
