After death of their parents, 3 adult children filed probate action against their 2 siblings, and accountant and attorney, contesting will and trust of their father and asserting other civil claims. Complaint failed to state a cause of action against attorney for aiding and abetting the alleged tortious interference with inheritance by siblings undue influence. Allegations do not show that attorney knew of the undue influence and substantially assisted it.(ZENOFF and JORGENSEN, concurring.)
