Illinois Appellate Court
Civil Court
Child Custody
Court granted emergency motion of mother, restricting father's parenting time, due to his conduct during his parenting time with 2 minor children. Father used profanity, spoke poorly of the children's mother, and threatened dangerous punishment, showing inability to control his anger. Court's finding that father's conduct placed a significant emotional and mental toll on the children was not against manifest weight of evidence. (HARRIS and CAVANAGH, concurring.)
