Illinois Appellate Court
Civil Court
Human Rights Act
Plaintiffs, a husband and wife, filed separate complaints against a liquor store and its employee, alleging violations of Illinois Human Rights Act. Jury verdicts for Defendants. Plaintiffs failed to object to setting of trial date, and court did not abuse its discretion in denying Plaintiffs' motion for continuance of trial. Plaintiffs were not denied full pretrial procedure, and were not denied due process. (CARTER and McDADE, concurring.)
