In eminent domain matter, court granted IDOT's motions in limine as to Defendant's valuation expert, and granted summary judgment for IDOT as to just compensation. Defendants failed to respond to IDOT's motion for summary judgment, despite having been granted 6 extensions of time and one year to respond. Thus, waiver rule applies as to all of their contentions on appeal. (MASON and HYMAN, concurring.)
