Plaintiff, a nonlawyer proceeding pro se, filed a complaint, amended twice, on behalf of herself and on behalf of her mother and her husband. Court properly dismissed 2nd amended complaint as a nullity due to Plaintiff's unauthorized practice of law, as she was clearly representing all 3 Plaintiffs. (HOLDRIDGE and McDADE, concurring.)
