Court erred in granting motion (filed by children's grandparents) to disqualify Petitioner's attorney based on alleged conflict with another party, his sister, who also filed petition for guardianship over Petitioner's children.No Grandparents failed to prove that they were prejudiced by Petitioner and his sister sharing counsel, and thus they lacked standing to bring motion for disqualification.Petitioner and his sister did not have a direct conflict at any time during proceedings.
