Dissolution of Marriage
Court entered judgment of dissolution in 2011. In 2018, Petitioner (wife) filed petition to revive the dissolution judgment under Section 2-16-2 of Code of Civil Procedure. Section 2-1602 applies only to money judgments against judgment debtors. Court's division of the equitable interest in the property, without more, is not a judgment subject to Section 2-1602.
