Court properly denied final petition for attorney fees filed by law firm that had represented wife in dissolution proceedings. Attorney fees cannot be recovered under Section 508 of the Marriage Act unless there was a written agreement between attorney and client. Quantum meruit is permitted under Section 508 only for those legal services that fall outside the terms of the otherwise existing written agreement.(LAVIN and MASON, concurring.)
