Court properly affirmed decision of Chicago Board of Election Commissioners that Petitioner's name not be printed on the official ballot for ward committeeperson for the General Primary Election, finding that he had an insufficient number of valid signatures on his nomination papers. Section 7-10 of Election Code requires that the minimum number of valid signatures is 5% of the ward's primary electors. (LAMPKIN and BURKE, concurring.)
