Court granted FOIA request by Plaintiff to Hospital System, providing that it disclose the zip codes used to create a map of the locations of persons who had previously received mental health services while detained in Cook County Jail. The unredacted zip code information for these individuals is protected information under the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Confidentiality Act. Remanded for court to enter an order providing that deidentified zip codes be produced in response to Plaintiff's FOIA request. (GORDON and LAMPKIN, concurring.)
