Attorney's Fees
In divorce proceedings, court awarded wife attorney's fees and found no just reason to delay enforcement or appeal of the award. The need for further litigation of other issues pursuant to appellate court's remand makes the award of fees here an interim award under sections 508(a) and 501(c-1) of the Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act. The order for attorney fees is inextricably intertwined with the property issues that remain partially unresolved. The attorney's fees award is not a final judgment ripe for appellate review under Rule 304(a). (GRIFFIN and PIERCE, concurring.)
