In dissolution proceeding, in exchange for wife’s marital interest in the home, court awarded her a $9000 lump maintenance payment and monthly maintenance of $1,000/month, reviewable in 24 months. Court did not err in granting respondent husband a reduction in amount of maintenance to $675/month, automatically reviewable after husband turned 62 or upon substantial change of circumstances. Court refused to apply reduced maintenance amount retroactively. Court properly denied wife’s requests for increase in monthly award based on guidelines and for a retroactive increase for the time the case was pending. Court’s calculations, relying on payroll numbers and husband’s affidavit, to extrapolate and estimate husband’s 2018 salary, were a reasonable estimation of his salary.
