Court awarded petitioner wife interim attorney fees in connection with husband's earlier appeal of the circuit court's judgment dissolving the parties' marriage. Because circuit court's attorney fee award remains open to modification, the award was necessarily an interim fee award that is not subject to immediate appeal.(GORDON and REYES, concurring.)
