Plaintiff sued to recover liability and defense costs from settlement of a civil action in Alabama. Defendant insurer refused to comply with court's order to disclose documents. Court held Defendant insurer in contempt. Court's failure to conduct an in camera review of heavily redacted version of documents which Defendant insurer had produced, before requiring their unredacted production, was an abuse of discretion.
