Court entered judgment of dissolution, and upheld the validity of 2 written settlement agreements entered into between the parties after their separation. The specific provisions of the agreements showed that wife provided consideration in exchange for husband's promises as obligations were assigned and certain property was awarded to each party. Parties reached an amicable divorce settlement, and wife presented sufficient evidence to show that there was acceptance and/or consideration of the agreements. Husband failed to meet his burden of proof to show that the agreements were unconscionable. Evidence supports court's finding that change of employment for husband, a pilot, was voluntary and that he was unreasonably failing to take advantage of an employment opportunity at airline. (BOIE and WHARTON, concurring.)
