After a 2-day bench trial on mother's petition to relocate, court denied mother's request to relocate to Tennessee with the minor child of Respondent father. Court considered that father's motivation to object to relocation was a genuine desire to foster a relationship with his son; and that mother had made no concrete plans toward moving to Tennessee or to find employment there. Child, who had autism, was not able to tolerate car rides longer than 15 minutes and thus travelling be car would not be in his best interests and the relocation would cause significant disruption. Court's best-interests determination was not clearly against manifest weight of evidence. (HOWSE and ELLIS, concurring.)
