In a dissolution of marriage case with extensive past proceedings, including several prior appeals, respondent appealed from a trial court order holding him in contempt and ordering him committed to the Cook County jail for failure to comply with his obligations under the court’s 2011 judgment for dissolution of marriage. The appellate court affirmed, finding that the trial court did not err when it issued a body attachment order because respondent was not physically present at the contempt hearing, which was held remotely.
