Dissolution of Marriage
In a bifurcated dissolution of marriage proceeding, when a grounds judgment has been entered, and when there is a lengthy delay (10 years in this case) between the date of entry of grounds judgment and hearing on ancillary issues, the appropriate date for valuation of marital property is the date of dissolution.
