Final judgment of dissolution and allocating marital property was entered in 2009 and was affirmed in 2012. Circuit court's 2018 attorney fee award was neither temporary nor subject to adjustment; it was a final order on a postdissolution petition, and the order included Rule 304(a) language. Thus, appellate court did have jurisdiction over Respondent's husband's appeal of that order. Appellate court erred in mischaracterizing that 2018 order as a predissolution interim fee award and in dismissing appeal for lack of jurisdiction.(A.
